So Taichi untangles himself from whatever limbs have caged him against the bed overnight and heads into the bathroom to brush his teeth while he finishes reading, letting the closed door block his vocal reactions like laughing and humming as he reads through Hikaru's texts. He rushes around after his teeth are clean to go get some stationary and his current favorite pen. ]
[ ...He's no chef, so it ends up being a bunch of fruit blended with yogurt and put into a bowl, with a side bowl of granola (so it doesn't get soggy sitting in the fruit) and one of those color-changing cereal spoons you have to turn in box tops for. He puts it on a dinner tray on the end table next to the bed for Hikaru, holding his breath to stop himself from saying anything until he gets out of the bedroom. But it also means he's definitely looking for an out since lighting is neither his passion nor very fun to him (kind of like school) so when he hears his phone he looks immediately. It's not immediately alarming, since Hikaru could just be asking for a timeline which is fair, so he just sits back and texts.]
