The Town of "Fleur" (Lord Taichi's Super Awesome Sparkling Romance Town)

Here are the details I've worked out:

  • Located along the lake coast to the south and slightly-east of Camelot City. (Here!)

  • Castle:
    • There are a lot of rooms in the castle and Taichi is open to whoever moving in as long as they have positive CR with him or someone else who already lives there. Current residents are: Taichi Nanao, Juza Hyodo

    • The castle is cleaned by brownies, which Taichi and Juza summon using a summoning circle that Taichi purchased many months ago. They pay them regularly with cake from a local bakery.

    • Underneath the castle is a big steamy bath with jacuzzi jets.

    Town:
    • The town is pretty with a lot of flowers. There are a lot of gardens too, and the biggest/most profound one has a plaque that says "GARDEN BOSS: TSUMUGI TSUKIOKA." The sides of buildings are considered free game for murals, as long as they are non-offensive.

    • There is a paved main road, but the primary non-walking transportation method is skateboards. There are ramps, rails, and half-pipes at various locations around town between buildings and foliage.

    • The town is long and located along the lake edge. The castle is on the the north edge, then the village housing is in the south part of town. Between, there are two main streets: along the water are shops, cafes, and grocery stores. The second street back has an inn, a tavern, a public bath house, and farms.

    • The town's primary agricultural export is berry milk, harvest from pink fairy cows. They come in strawberry, cherry, raspberry, and blueberry.

    • Etude battles are the official legal means to resolve conflict. This essentially means an act-off. While you can do solo act battles, it is recommended that you team up with friends to create a short-form scene and act it out, improvising lines. Both parties must agree upon the number of participants in the battle, up to 5 maximum actors. The winner is decided by locals, who will stand behind the participant(s) they think had the better etude. Audience members can also optionally tip actors they think do a particularly good job.

    • There is a large population of capybara that wander around the town alongside the human and fae residents. There seem to be a fair number of former Lestari residents present, which makes trading very easy as they can use technomancy to quickly deliver items.

    • Taichi knows nothing about actually governing a town so he just hires other ppl to do it and then retains the ability to override stuff he really doesn't agree with. Taxes are not high, just enough to cover maintenance and upkeep for the town and to pay the portion that goes to Camelot.
