Actors must audition with Izumi, but acting experience is not required.(Dedication and hard work is, though!)

Non-actors must have some skill in their position to be hired. Not all positions are listed, if you want to work anything theater related it's totally fine (photography, social media/advertising, manager, food services, props, acting coach, lighting, etc. are just some ideas).
