[Aoi arrives right in front of Salon de Marie exactly at 11:59 AM. While she may be careless with plenty of things, this is a time-sensitive scripted event. She stands in front of the cafe in her usual school uniform outfit. She doesn't look like she's looking for anyone, instead just standing there. She's not responding to her surroundings; the sounds, the smells, the sights, and other people around her don't seem to affect her at all. It's almost like she's in some sort of dormant state. To say it's weird would be an understatement.
She's fully prepared to stand and wait for Taichi until 4PM even if he told her he'd be there at noon.]
[ Taichi doesn't know what that means about the cat but he doesn't understand like, a lot, so he just lets it go and focuses on way overdoing it because Taichi tends to go overboard.
Which means when he shows up at Salon de Marie, it's wearing a suit jacket over shorts and a t-shirt. Yes in pink. It's a first date so he's trying to go for formal and casual at the same time. He's pretty sure he looks fly!! He also brought one flower (since it's a first date, more than one is too much according to his research-- he's got notebooks and notebooks on dating, he's got this!). It is a single yellow pansy. He didn't know what her favorite flower was, so he went with his image flower, the pansy.
He shows up running and out of breath, because he made sure to get there on time by 12 but had to run to get there. He swings the cafe door open with a wide motion and stands there for a few seconds to catch his breath. Thankfully, he's pretty active so it doesn't take long, but he does get asked to move by someone else trying to get in. He looks for the girl in the picture, slowing down when he sees her just kind of.. standing there next to the entrance where he just stupidly and dramatically blew past. He comes back out after letting the person who was trying to get in passes with a sheepish grin. ]
[When Aoi hears her name, she knows who it is before even looking at him. After all, this is an event between her and Taichi. She doesn't say anything yet, looking at him. Special events like this usually unlock special outfits and items so she's not surprised. Maybe she should have worn something special but the game hasn't given her anything yet.]
Taichi, [Her voice is monotonous.] Aoi's ready to begin the special event. [Him running past her and rushing doesn't seem to faze her at all.] Do you want to get started? You should save before the event starts so you can go back later and unlock all the CGs.
[She looks at the flower and back at him.] You've already raised one extra affection point. Aoi wonders if you will reach the ten needed to make sure the event is successful.
Is that your way of saying if I mess up you'll give me another chance..?
[ The faith she doesn't have in him..!! Sob. Well, he can't really blame her. He lacks any experience. The only love letter he's ever gotten was from a 6-year-old fan. The only experience he has with ladies is with the magazines hidden under his pillow..! Well, he guesses he's lucky she's giving him two shots... she's kind of odd, but it's cute in a way too, and Itaru talks like that sometimes so it's not too hard for him to translate. ]

[ He holds out the flower he brought. Maybe that's an "affection point"? ]
[Compared to him, Aoi's not showing much emotion or a reaction at all. She can pick up how he's feeling, but she doesn't really show it or purposely try to ease his worries. She simply just tells what she believes.]
Yes, but this event shouldn't be too hard. [She's not some tsundere or has negative affection points towards him.] Aoi wants you to do well.
[She looks and takes the flower, looking at it as if she's never seen a flower before. She then looks back at him.] Thank you, Taichi. [In that brief moment, her difficult to read tone and body language changes. She shows a warm smile, her voice sounding heartfelt. She really is appreciative of such a gift. She looks at the flower again, smelling it.]
Aoi'll treasure it and make sure it goes into her gallery. [Her normal tone and deamoner returns as she stops smelling th flower. She still holds onto it, keeping it close.] Do you want to progress to the next scene? Aoi wants to eat some chocolate.
